Lindsey Middleton Schindler brings an elite combination of collegiate competition, academic expertise, and coaching experience to 180 Elite Performance™.
A graduate of Brigham Young University (BYU), Lindsey earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Wellness with a minor in Psychology, followed by a Master of Science in Exercise Sciences.
Lindsey competed for five years as an NCAA Division I student-athlete on the BYU Track & Field team, specializing in the hurdles. Before her collegiate career, she established herself as one of Utah's premier high school hurdlers, becoming the Utah High School State Record Holder in the 100-meter hurdles.
With 5+ years of private and group coaching experience, Lindsey specializes in hurdle technique, sprint mechanics, speed development, and athlete performance. She combines her experience as a Division I athlete with her academic background in exercise science to help athletes develop technically, physically, and competitively.
Outside of athletics and coaching, Lindsey is a wife who values family, personal growth, and investing in the development of others.
